   You have to drink HEAPS of water (the lighter the colour of your urine the less dehydrated you are), have a VERY high fibre diet.

   Are hemroids like a big thing to get over? everytime i search for a cure they always give me some shit telling me to order pills from some website. I think i got mine from wiping too hard…I like to make sure im clean if you know what i mean. I hope it goes away soon because I saw pics of what it could possibly turn into and fuck that!!!!

    eating alot of fiber will increasae the flow fo your stool, yes. but thats the point. you wont get constipated, less pressure, less hemorrhoids.

    in the future, i suggest you talk to a doctor about this type of thing before going to youtube and telling the world about it. your local doctor will be able to give you better and more personalized help than a youtube video or viewer comments
